Do not hesitate to e-mail help@racewarkingdoms.com for any order issues you may encounter as we will do everything in our power to make sure our customers are fully satisfied while maintaining a strict refund policy to prevent exploitation. Under no circumstance will we issue refunds for players who lose access to their accounts or items due to failure to follow game rules.

The right to access the RaceWarKingdoms.com sites, software, accounts, etc, and regardless of whether it is paid access or free access, is provided strictly as a service. RaceWarKingdoms.com accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc are agreed to have absolutely no monetary value. Glitchless LLC retains sole custody and ownership of all RaceWarKingdoms.com accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc. Glitchless LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the sites/services at any time, without notice or justification, and for any reason, and especially for any violation of these terms of use.

Glitchless (sole owner/operator of RaceWarKingdoms.com) reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Glitchless Sites/Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Glitchless Sites/Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the Glitchless Sites/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Glitchless Sites/Services, you will not use the Glitchless Sites/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Glitchless Sites/Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Glitchless Sites/Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Glitchless Sites/Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Glitchless Site/Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Glitchless Site/Service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Glitchless Sites/Services.  AUTOMATION OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. AUTOMATION IS DEFINED AS ANY ACTIONS SENT TO THE GAME SERVER WHILE NOT RESPONDING TO REQUESTS MADE BY THE GAME REQUIRING HUMAN RESPONSE. SUCH REQUESTS MAY BE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO STOPPING WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND INTELLIGENTLY RESPONDING TO A MODERATOR, OR PASSING A MATHEMATIC/COUNTING TEST. It is illegal to continue to make game actions if you are not coherently paying attention to the game action so that you will be able to respond to these requests. Failure to do so will result in banning of all the accounts recently accessed by your computer.

USE OF SERVICES

The Glitchless Sites/Services provide an outlet for communication with other visitors.  By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when communicating in any way, shape, or form with other site visitors, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same.
• Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Glitchless Sites/Services.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
• Violate any of the forum or otherwise posted rules specific to the site you are using.
• Attempt to undermine the authority of site moderators.
• Attempt to barter accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc. for anything which has monetary value or for anything outside of the game itself.
• Partake in any activity that has the potential to dissuade others from enjoying or remaining playing the game.

Glitchless LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Glitchless LLC deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Glitchless LLC's sole discretion.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO GLITCHLESS LLC OR POSTED AT ANY GLITCHLESS LLC WEBSITE

Glitchless does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Glitchless (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Glitchless Site/Service or its associated services for review by the general public (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Glitchless, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Glitchless is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Glitchless may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

SOFTWARE AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GLITCHLESS SITES/SERVICES

All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the Glitchless Sites/Services is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Glitchless and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GLITCHLESS SITES/SERVICES MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE GLITCHLESS SITES/SERVICES AND TO THE INFORMATION THEREIN. GLITCHLESS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE GLITCHLESS SITES/SERVICES AT ANY TIME. You agree that Glitchless has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any material or other content maintained or transmitted by Glitchless Sites/Services. You acknowledge that Glitchless LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts at their discretion if it is deemed that the account is being used in any way that is detrimental to the game or has violated any of the aforementioned terms. An explanation can be requested, but may not be provided if it is deemed that doing so would provide information that could make cheating or illegitimate play easier in the future.

GLITCHLESS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

The validity, interpretation, construction, and performance of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. This agreement shall be interpreted with all necessary changes in gender and in number as the context may require.
